In the past few months I had four listings. Two SOLD in 8 Days! One was in South Palm Desert and the second home was located in Indio, in the gated community of Heritage Palms, a 55+ Community, similar to Sun City homes.

The Palm Springs Desert Area, which encompasses (9) distinct cities, is a very desirable area for just about anyone. The cities ranging from the West end of the Coachella Valley are: Palm Springs, Desert Hot Springs, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, La Quinta, Indio and Coachella to the far East.
