 I have been a resident of Palm Springs Since 1992 when I moved to the beautiful California desert, known as the Coachella Valley, from Milwaukee, WI. I wanted to get away from the snow and cold and be surrounded by sunshine. It’s been a great move with wonderful year-round weather and expansive mountain views. Many people think of the entire Coachella Valley as Palm Springs but actually, it’s 9 cities tied into one valley. The valley consists of Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, La Quinta, Indian Wells, Desert Hot Springs, Cathedral City, Coachella and Indio.
I’ve been in Sales, Marketing, Public Relations and Administrative work my entire career, which began in 1965. Real Estate is a true passion and my client’s interests are my focus. It appears you are located in Singapore. We are a Vacation and Retirement Resort area located in the Famous Palm Springs California area.

Nancy, I noticed a while back that you had commented on my book, The Canadian Snowbird in America on your site. Thanks for that.
The book has become a bestseller in Canada and I have been doing quite a bit of speaking around the subject. I am doing a presentation in Edmonton for a large Canadian bank that has a US affiliate.
